Important Information about Physical Exam

In the Public Schools of Brookline, all new students are required to submit a physical exam record in order to register.  For immunization and other health related documents, families may submit a translated and notarized copy of record to school when they arrive.  However, as for the physical exam record, the physical exam needs to be done by a doctor in the United States.  Families may be able to make an online appointment before moving to Brookline if they wish to reduce the wait time.
