During the months of January and February, all students in the English Learner Education (ELE) program take an annual assessment called the ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 to determine students’ current English abilities and monitor their progress in learning academic English. In this workshop, we will review the structure of the ACCESS for ELLs 2.0 assessment, the details included on the individual score report, and essential strategies which can be incorporated at home for further language development.
